Taos Herb Company — Local services in Taos

I visited here & left disappointed. Three people looked at me & did not greet me or ask If I needed help with anything. All three women were not friendly. And their energy did not feel welcoming AT ALL.Who knows maybe they don’t like people of darker skin….kinda weird for an healing store……. Mediocre selection. Herbs are not organic. I won’t be coming back. The santa fe herb store is way more welcoming with a greater selection. You could honestly get most of the herbs they offer at the Taos Food Coop, they are expanding there herb section plus...

Store has the right products but the women there were incredibly rude. The older woman and the brown hair woman with tattoos. Not only did they throw sass at me, they also talked about a difficult customer laughing when I checked out. They also talked about me on the way out and laughed together. My initial thought for them was to not gossip or to talk poorly of others and create that sort of environment. I did not enjoy being in that energy. Below someone commented in the reviews that they may have been rude to someone else....

Some lady screamed to get out when I opened the door. Made a big scene and embarrassed me in front of everyone for just trying to enter the business. Never went back after that. A simple “please wait outside until I come get you/a customer leaves” or something would’ve been nice. She should’ve been standing by the door to tell people to wait outside.
