Great customer service and they are open on a Sunday, which is ideal for us. We tried the competitors furniture at a farm stand in Dunedin and while the customer service was great, the furniture itself was not in proportion with standard bar height seating, it was too short, and our feet dangled at an awkward angle. At this store, the Adirondack style stools are the correct height and have a foot rest that is the correct proportion and placement to support your feet. In addition, everywhere else we went in Tarpon and Dunedin had a wait time of 20 weeks (as of time of this review Aug 2021), and this store had exactly what we wanted in stock. Outstanding- 10 🌟 After visiting every place around searching for new outdoor furniture, we were frustrated by the lack of quality and customer service. These folks were great. I had an issue with the base of one of my chairs, and they not only came and picked it up, but took it back to their store, fixed it and then delivered it back to me - all covered under the chair’s warranty. While these chairs aren’t cheap, the folks making them stand behind the quality of the product.
