This was the worst dinning experience that me, my girlfriend, and my girlfriend’s sister have ever experienced. The server we had didn’t care about any of her tables other than the one big group she had(there were only five tables being used at the time and one server in the restaurant). We completely understand that sometimes people have rough nights, but any time she worked with this group she was very personal and caring. However, when it came to any other table including our own, our conversations were short and never personal (FYI: I can’t say the servers name because she never told us her name). We finally got asked what we wanted to drink after sitting down for more than 15 minuets after watching her run around taking care of the one big table. When it came to our appetizer, the saganaki wasn’t brought out until 45 minuets after being ordered!! When the server came out with it, she said, and I quote, “here’s your bread here’s your cheese opa”, and proceeded to run off to the big table again. The saganaki was over cooked and couldn’t be easily torn apart like it should. When it came to the entrees, they weren’t the best either. I had ordered a gyro with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. The server then told me that they don’t have shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Now I’m no expert, but you can literally take a knife and dice up a tomato and presto, you have diced tomatoes. And the kicker was the fact that she said they didn’t have shredded lettuce and she had given me a salad with shredded lettuce (see picture below). I had to take off the lettuce and tomato because the gyro was falling apart and the lettuces was a entire leaf of lettuce, making basically impossible to enjoy. The gyro was also smothered in Tzatziki sauce, so it was basically an overall mess. Overall, the food didn’t taste bad, the majority of our issue was with the server and the minimalist effort she gave to us and the other tables around us while we watched the one big table be given the most amazing service. To conclude, we will never come back to this establishment when we are...

If I could leave no stars I would just for the poor customer service we received. We paid for the boat tour and meal at Yanni's and the boat tour was amazing but when we figured out about the meal at Yanni's ( because we didn't realize this was a meal voucher and not an on the cruise dining, which would have been fine) they would not honor it. They said we had the wrong tickets and would have to take it up with the store next door where we picked up our tickets. Mond by this time they were closed. I even showed them my email that said I had paid for dining and a cruise and it had a short menu on it. It didn't matter. I understand somewhat their situation but the short red headed waitress was so rude and that was unnecessary. She was like I cant give you a free meal like very loudly and everyone started staring at us. I left in tears and it ruined the last night of my and my husband's vacation. The male manager wasn't rude per say I guess but he wasn't helpful either. We ended up having to spend more money to buy another dinner somewhere else. We had to leave early the next morning to travel home so it was Monday before I could call the cruise line. The cruise line apologized for giving us the wrong tickets and said a simple phone call to them or if they would have simply looked at my email they should have easily given us what we paid for. The lady sad that was absolutely ridiculous and did end up giving us our money back. Mind you we were still out the money we had to pay for another dinner. Just feel like they could have at least been a little nicer and understanding in this situation. The cruise was absolutely amazing tho and while I wouldn't recommend the dinner package where you have to come into this resteraunt, I would recommend spongeramas dolphin cruise...

I would literally give 0 stars for Atmosphere. 1st, they left the front door open and Flies were invading the entire restaurant and landing all over the food! I'm Greek born and raised in Tarpon and I had a Greek catering Co. There a bit good and alot bad. Let me break it down. Service is slow and spotty. The actual restaurant floor leans back and is sliding down🤨 The ladies bathroom floor threshold was in such bad shape it literally crumbled beneath my feet I was worried my leg would fall thru the broken floor! Prices here are insane for the Atmosphere and the quality of the food. This place is below diner everything old and gross. Spend some damn money and update the place! There is not alot of small plate options everything is huge and expensive. You can't just order a Gyro you have to get the salad and fries with it for $16! The spanakopita was a 7 out of 10 . The Greek bread was dry and bland. The Bright spot was the seafood platter, with Fried shrimp, fried smelts, and Grilled Octopus this they got right!! Abundant portion and Really large huge shrimps super fresh, the smelts were a bit dry and chewey but the Grilled Octopus was incredible and done right. When I told them about the womens bathroom threshold the staff looked at me like I had 2 heads!! No response. Honestly there is so much competition on the docks they need to do better! Tourist may pay ridiculous prices for a shabby outdated falling apart restaurant with poor service and dangerous floor but locals we know better. At Least Hellas is consistent have their act together and deliver...

We found the dinner and sunset tour online as we were looking for something to do on our last night in FL The tickets we picked up were three distinct parts, one for the dinner (which covers everything but the tip), one part that can be used for a discount shopping in the store, and one part is the ticket for the cruise. We had to ask for our tickets back as the waitress took the whole ticket after taking our orders for dinner...then we didn't get the discount portion back, just the cruise tickets (which was fine as we wouldn't have time to do any shopping anyway)...a little confused but the service was good overall. We ordered the Dolmades as appetizers, the Mrs ordered the Keftedes, and I ordered the Gyro Platter. This was our first taste of the Keftedes and Dolmades dishes....they were both full of flavor and delicious! The Gyro Platter Beef/Lamb seemed a bit overdone but the flavors were still very good. The Sunset Cruise portion of the evening was outstanding as the Captain and his Deckhand did an amazing job of narration and finding us all dolphins to enjoy watching swimming near the boat during and after the island drop-off. As a side note we got to observe a couple of ol Greek boys have a somewhat heated discussion as we ended our dining portion of the evening....cooler heads prevailed and the two, I believe, old friends shook hands and parted ways. Overall a good time!

Hate to give a suboptimal review to a Tarpon Springs headliner but we were sorely disappointed with the food and the experience. While the server was anxious to take our order when we first arrived, we took a couple of minutes to look over the menu and then we had to chase him down so that we could place the order . My Greek octopus was pretty good. Our Greek salads were D- grade. Seemed like coarse unrinsed lettuce from a bag, with really crappy tomatoes and no cucumbers. My wife's Greek chicken platter had dry overcooked meat, clumps of dry rice, and looked like something too horrible to describe further here. It was big though. I sort of loved the green beans but my wife did not as they were stringy and some of them still had the ends on them and stems. We had to go up to the bar and ask for more water since nobody came by after the plates were delivered. The atmosphere was a bit compromised because the wait staff just seemed to be hanging out behind the bar, having some internal discussions and then there was some lady apparently working in the facility next door that kept coming in and out through the back door and talking loudly on her cell phone.
