A 300 seat theater in the well restored old Tarpon Springs High School building. On the National Register of Historic Places. Comfortable seating. A great view from every section of theater. Saw the One Act Play Festival -- in its 7th(?) Season to introduce plays from writers around the country. This performing arts center is one of the best kept secrets in Tampa Bay. Diverse offerings each season. And very reasonable ticket prices.

Small venue for any can of live entertainment but its enjoy able place. We went there to see an attribute live band - Eric Clapton. Their capacity around 230 seats and was clean and comfortable chair too. Anyway they don’t allowed to bring a drink inside of the theater.

We visited the place fot the twinning ceremony between the municipality of Chania from Greece and the local municipality. We were impressed of the ceremony and the hospitality of mayor mr Alahouzos and all the local people.

The only reason I did not give a 1-star rating, is because the manager was gracious enough to give us a refund for the performance of "Marriage of Figaro" that we attended on March 25, 2018. The venue was quite satisfactory, and the actors/vocalists were (I'm sure) quite good. However, we could not hear their singing for the distractedly loud piano playing of Mozart's composition by the pianist/orator. We spoke to several people in the crowd (who also left during intermission), and learned that audiences in many past performances have complained about this very same pianist ruining the play. It's obvious this artist wants to steal the show...at the expense of the whole production! I will never return to future venues, knowing he will be a part of the...

Honestly, a completely ageism venue. Not worth going to if you’re under 65 years old. People are frankly mean and disrespectful to anyone under retirement age. Please do not support the Tarpon Springs. Completely not worth it! Spend your money else where there are much better places with better acts and shows in the Tampa Bay Area.

Not worth going. Worst venue that I’ve been in for just politeness and respect of an much more senior staff. Very rude.

The shows have been some good and some bad.

Overall the musical shows have been the best for more classic rock and country.

The venue and staff will unfortunately make you feel very unwelcome if you’re under retirement age almost...

Nice and clean theater. Seats are well padded and comfortable, but do not rock. Seats are not wide. The heavy set lady next to me seemed squeezed on both sides in her seat. The seat arms are skinny and wooden. Theater acoustics are great. The stage is raised four feet and is huge, about the same size as the seating area. In front of the stage is a bit of an orchestra area, not sunken. Floor is carpeted, so no food is allowed and only water is allowed to drink. No food or drinks are sold. I saw some films there and the screen was big, but it was at the back of the stage which seemed...
