Here's what you need to know: they asked us all to be there 15 minutes prior to boarding time and they offer seating where you can wait for them to start the boarding process. As we were waiting for them to unload the last cruise passengers they told us they were going to clean the ship before we get on. I was impressed to see how they meticulously sprayed everything with Lysol and gave it time to penetrate the surface. They then proceeded to wipe everything down before allowing us onboard. I am so glad they care about our health and safety. The music on the ship set a festive atmosphere and the captain gave us some fun facts about the area and the wildlife too. It was really a perfect day- even the light rain we got couldn't ruin our time there. We spotted a rare dolphin and got to hang out at a beautiful island. They passed out buckets for anyone who wanted to go shelling. I think the whole trip itself was about an hour and a half and luckily we took the evening cruise so we got to see the gorgeous sunset while out on the water. It was the best $20 ever spent. I highly recommend this dolphin cruise to everyone, whether it's a date or a family outing. It's definitely something...
Read moreScam, not worth the money, we saw NO dolphins at all, that's what we paid to see. They bring you to an island first to go shelling and it is very beautiful but the cruise is NOT for shelling, it's a called a dolphin cruise for a reason. I hope they read this too. Do not waste your money. Then at the end they don't even apologize to us that we didn't get to see any. So many people disappointed. The guy had the nerve to hold out a pot to tip them, why would we tip you when we saw nothing lol, he was a typical Florida pompous guy and rude. He gave my daughter a cracked bucket, I go to tell him we want another bucket and he didn't even care to switch. Save yourself the disappointment, it's a scam. They are stupid people who don't know where to go to find the dolphins, they don't go further out enough and they won't because there's not enough time to do that. The dolphins will not be where all the boats are, it would be way out further and that's why it's a scam. Go to Clearwater or a real cruise...
Read moreI’m only giving this 5 stars because of the 2 wonderful captains Jay & Stamati. They were wonderful! Knowledgeable & kind, we saw many dolphins and the shelling on the small island we went to was incredible. We took the afternoon cruise & saw an incredible sunset as well! The booking process was where we had a problem & I would’ve left 1 star for that! We purchased tickets on the street in one of their booths, all was great, girl was friendly. She did tell us up front that if they didn’t have enough passengers they wouldn’t sail & we would get a refund. Upon checking with them 1/2 hour before sailing, another worker or manager was being very rude to the other employee in front of us & other passengers which I find to be very inappropriate & rude, her name was Naomi. I understand problems happen but handle it with a little class next time, was...
