I had went in a couple days before returning to this exact store and seen a shirt i really like, and had told myself that i would come back to purchase it if the event i was looking to wear it at had went through. I went in a couple days later specifically looking for that shirt but only found sizes besides the one i wanted, so i asked team member Maria (she had red braids) if by any chance they had extra sizes of that shirt in the back, and so she scanned the tag on one of those shirts and seen that there was only one left in stock in the entire store which was probably in the back, so she ended up going to the back for 5 minutes and came back with the shirt i wanted. She stated that it was buried under piles of clothes but she did end up finding it and i just want to say that she is an amazing team member and really did everything she could to have me...

Went in to have 4 fishing reels lined, and not only did they not know how to run the machine, they said the manager could but wouldn't be in until the next afternoon, so I left my reels there and they said they would call me when they were done. After two day's with no call, I called them to see if they were ready and they were. So I picked them up the day before we left for our fishing trip, the only trip of the year that I look forward to. Got there, excited and ready to fish, and 3 of the 4 poles were lined backwards, so they were unable to be used, and one of the three reels was completely broken and wouldn't even spin! I paid $28 dollars for 4 reels to be lined, and only one reel came back to me workable, and they were all good reels, not cheap ones! I will never come here again! Incompetent workers to...

Drove over 40 minutes to have my fishing pole re wired due to another dicks store doing it wrong. I called before and was assured they could do it. When I got there the little red head employee right away started to make excuses why they couldn't do it. Then the manager Jamie come over and said the machine was down and they couldn't do it and there was no way I called because he had picked up everycall and didn't remember speaking to me. I pulled my phone out and showed the history and then he was like oh ok. Well sorry still can't do it. If I buy a $100 fishing pole from you and you offer the service of replacing the line then DO IT! Lazy employee and very over priced will not...
