0 STARS!! I have never seen so much unprofessionalism and fail at customer service in my life. My brother went in and made a purchase in the morning and when he gets home we found out he was over charged and a spacer was missing?? After he clearly showed the cashier everything he wanted. Big NO NO, later i called back and informed them about the situation around 5pm and the woman on the phone looked up the transaction and spoke to the employee who overcharged my brother and she said that she’ll put his name down and the spacer and we can come in and get the refund and that all he needed was the receipt to show. My brother comes all the way back later that night and was turned around because the manager Josie said no we need all of the merchandise also, which is totally different from what i was told on the phone. The manager had no knowledge that a customer was overcharged and that Another employee told them to come back and they left a note for her. She had no clue this was all going on in the store she was suppose to be supervising? How can you possibly be a Manager and have a circus act going on under your nose and not care to know?? I never heard of a manger not knowing someone was overcharged and having another employee that’s not familiar with the policy ANSWER the phone and say come and we’ll fix it, just bring the receipt as if they seen the error and everything was taken care of. For the manager whose responsibility is to supervise to let An employee give that misinformation and leave a note and not think about calling me and correcting her employee’s misinformation is beyond CARELESS. I tried to explain that we had to come all the way back to the store from the southfield area with a baby, just to be turned around for THEIR MISTAKES is unacceptable and the manager had an attitude and said “well i didn’t know and i can’t do anything i gave you the number for customer affairs so??” While she was laughing the whole time as i explained my complaint. Also she gave me the incorrect number. Why are these people even allowed to work? Let alone at pandora where people spend large amounts of money. This whole situation is beyond concerning and alarming an employee could basically be overcharging customers and stealing money or merchandise and this manager would have no clue and wouldn’t care to look into it! And doesn’t care to improve. Too much attitude and this place doesn’t hold themselves accountable for unprofessionalism and their mistakes, Pandora will never receive me nor my families money or business again and we’ll be returning our purchase. Shame on the owners for hiring these people and congratulations you lost a sale and all potential future sales. Her response, "We only do that Mondays through Thursdays." Really? How hard would it have been to put it in their cleaning machine or whatever is used to clean it???? That right there is just terrible...
The store was not busy at all The young woman that wasn’t attending to any customer when I walked in asked if she could help me. I told her I wanted my necklace cleaned and she said I had to wait overnight. I have been in there before when the store has been packed with multiple people and I’ve had no problem having my necklace cleaned. I’ve never heard of this before. I even walked by that store multiple times and it was not busy at all very disappointed I use this location often and never have I ever had a problem having my necklace cleaned and I only asked once a year. I love the small so I usually go to this Pandora but I guess I will have to find another Pandora store to frequent because I’m not waiting 24 hours...
