Horrible customer service experience. If you're going to run a promotion, at least have enough staff on hand to handle the rush—especially not someone like the petite girl who was clearly overwhelmed and extremely rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed her yelling at both co-workers and customers. She clearly cannot handle pressure, and it shows. Sadly, she might be a shift lead or manager. Her shirt was different than the guy who was working with her.
She gave a customer her name as “Liberty,” but I’m not sure if that’s her real name or not. Either way, her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the quality of our food was just as disappointing. I’m inserting photos of the horrible job she did on our pizzas. Sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near what you’d expect—even during a busy time.
It’s incredibly frustrating as a paying customer to be treated with such disrespect. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire business. I genuinely hope management sees this and finally steps in. Customer-facing roles require patience, professionalism, and teamwork—none of which were displayed here.
I definitely will not be coming back again.

If the full order is not fulfilled then the restaurant should do what's necessary to fulfill such order. When the restaurant refuses to fulfil the order, that is bad business!
