Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Taylor

Tuesday July 15th, in between 1:30-2:00 pm:

Horrible customer service experience. If you're going to run a promotion, at least have enough staff on hand to handle the rush—especially not someone like the petite girl who was clearly overwhelmed and extremely rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed her yelling at both co-workers and customers. She clearly cannot handle pressure, and it shows. Sadly, she might be a shift lead or manager. Her shirt was different than the guy who was working with her.

She gave a customer her name as “Liberty,” but I’m not sure if that’s her real name or not. Either way, her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the quality of our food was just as disappointing. I’m inserting photos of the horrible job she did on our pizzas. Sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near what you’d expect—even during a busy time.

It’s incredibly frustrating as a paying customer to be treated with such disrespect. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire business. I genuinely hope management sees this and finally steps in. Customer-facing roles require patience, professionalism, and teamwork—none of which were displayed here.

I definitely will not be coming back again.

When a person working can't leave to get their own food and drink you have to order food and drink to be delivered and that is what the person should receive. If the full order is not fulfilled then the restaurant should do what's necessary to fulfill such order. When the restaurant refuses to fulfil the order, that is bad business! When the manager; Reggie says that someone else said he can't use door dash to fulfil the order because they don't want to have that extra charge to fulfil the order, THAT is BAD business! Then when Reggie calls back for the 3rd time and I ask who said he can't send the item out he then refuses to tell me so like I told Reggie, it's that person who will be named in a complaint or himself. It is a disgrace for society to go to a place like Pizza Hut Taylor Texas, it's funny that this restaurant is always empty, but the truth is that the service is terrible, there is an American woman there who is always in a bad mood and her behavior is terrible, horrible, she discriminates against people, just because we sat down since we wanted to eat inside the restaurant but no one served us so we were waiting, she arrived whenever she felt like it, asked us if we were going to eat inside and told my children and I to leave because since she didn't invite us to sit down and we did without her giving us the order then we should leave the restaurant because she wasn't going to serve us.
