It deserves five star because the cook is great and the young girl in drive thru Latricia I think that's her name is a beautiful spirit. As far as your manager Jonathan and his little crew were very rude and disrespectful. This makes my third visit in a row, never have I ever encountered such hostile treatment. Let me explain....first visit we purchase our food and Latricia offer's our puppy a pup cup. Jonathan scolds her in front of us. Very rude! Why? All the other DQ's offer pup cups. Second time we come through she says I'm sorry you have to fill out the survey. Okay cool no worries. Next day, mind you not three days in a row spending my hard earned money because the food is Great but on this visit, Jonathan actually takes my order, he reads back order get to the window and it was wrong. I hand my survey and he is literally talking about my choice of a dilly bar or cone. I asked for a pup cup and there goes the disrespect because whatever he was saying behind the wall all your employees were looking straight at me. So you tell me? Problem here is he's someone who knows my son and I know his Uncle Ricky who's married to my daughter in law's sister. Yeah small world, he may not know me personally to treat me this way. I'm 50 yrs old and he's very lucky I didn't get off to talk to him because Jesus would have probably laid the Holy spirit on him. He needs Empathy skills and Respect for his elders if he's going to work for DQ. I will be back with everyone I mentioned and dine in....
Read moreToday was my 3rd visit in the last year and unfortunately was no better than my previous 2 visits but today's visit was the most troublesome. I stood at the front counter to order my food for about 5 minutes while a young man was doing something with one of the registers and he never acknowledged me whatsoever. I finally spoke up and asked if I was at the right place to place an order and he looked up to say yes as he motioned to the register he was messing with as to insinuate to leave him alone and I was bothering him. Rather than to assist me he continue to ignore me. After 2 more minutes he hopped over to the other register and took my order. He was standing in front of me the whole time didn't acknowledge me nor did he apologize for my wait. He just finished and I paid, he handed my receipt and didn't say thank you but just walked away. While I was waiting I observe several other very concerning things. First, a young female employee with very elaborate eye makeup was fiddling with her nose on multiple occasions either scratching it picking it and missing with her nose piercing while she was refilling cones and handling other food without washing her hands. Secondly other employees were handling cash from the drive-thru and also touching food with their bare hands without any concern for food handling safety. Needless to say there are many other options for food in town and I will not be taking business back...
Read moreTHIS STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED AND REOPENED WITH NEW STAFF. Today was the last straw...Their out of ice cream. This is the straw that broke my back on this location. First they are ALWAYS out of something. The Typical drive thru wait is 15mins! 15MINS! Thats Insane. Twice I have gone through the order process and waited the 15mins in the drive thru to get my order only to find out that they are out of something. So when you get something else they don't even make it right. To many mint blizzards with raw mint on the top and partially melted. Gross. And when you even show a hint of irritation you can hear them say things in Spanish in the back about me. Wanna know how i know? I know Spanish. And to top it all off Several times I have gone through and there is raw sewage backing up into the south side of the parking lot from a open service drain on the end of the building. Over all this is just about the WORST DQ in the state. I have never been so shocked at the blatant disregard for customer service and quality work that DQ is known for to be just thrown out the window like some worthless rubbish. PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF AND GET YOUR GM SOME LISTS WILL YA!!! AND FIX THAT GOSH DARN DRAIN!!! THATS...
