Went through the Drive thru around 9pm, Ordered 2 Omar Apollo boxes, Chicken Quesadilla combo, $7 deluxe meal and 4 nacho fries. The girl on the intercom was rushing the entire time even though there was no one behind us. Her order taking skills were very poor. Get to the window and she tells us there is no Mountain Dew or Baja. We tell her Dr.Pepper and Pepsi are fine. She starts to hand us the sodas, we ask if we can have a drink carrier, she gets upset and gives an annoyed look. We hand her our payment. Total was almost $47.00. She never handed us a receipt with our card. We wait a while for our order. She finally hands us a sloppy stuffed bag. She doesn’t ask if we want any sauce. We get home and the order is missing an Omar Apollo box, we have an extra $7 box that we did not order. The nacho fries are all thrown mixed in a bag and not in their individual boxes, missing the nacho cheeses. The 1 Omar Apollo box is missing it Disha Hot Sauce packets which is the main point of the specific Limited edition box. The sodas taste awful. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, I explain the situation, she proceeds to tell me that the best she can do is replace the Omar Apollo box. She cannot replace the drinks because they are out of soda. She does not offer to replace the fries or nacho cheese. She does not offer to replace the Disha Hot sauce. She tells me I can talk to Elizabeth in the morning because I’m being rude. She also refuses to give me her name. This location has excellent service in the morning and during lunch but the dinner and night service is simply awful. The food is always packaged very sloppy, the orders are always missing something and the night crew is very rude and unprofessional. There are no excuses for bad service. This town is growing and will get busier and this type of service and behavior is not acceptable. This isn’t the first time we have experienced a missing item or wrong order, but this is the first time I have experienced such unprofessionalism and total lack of accountability. I will be calling to speak to Elizabeth or whomever is in charge in the morning. Hopefully she will remedy...
Read moreI want to give an update. I have changed my rating based on my experience today with Beatrice. She actually did call me back. She offered multiple times to make the food for me herself. I am just not ready to try it ate Taco Bell just yet but when I asked for the money back she graciously agreed. I went up in person to get it back and I was unable to locate the credit card that we used for that particular order so she graciously offered to give me cash. There was also a very nice woman helping her with the refund process. I am very thankful they were both very helpful. They were both very polite and professional. I commented to them about the inside of the restaurant it looks absolutely bright and clean and very inviting. One of these days I will go back because I have to admit I love Taco Bell!! I think that's why it was such a bad experience because we hadn't eaten there and so so long we were looking so forward to it was right before Christmas it was our last little indulgence before all the holiday stuff and it was such a disappointment. But I want to say they were great today and I will go back and try it again. Thank you Beatrice and I apologize for not getting the other woman's name... Y'all were both great today and I appreciate you being so kind of polite to me.
I am still calling the store and not getting anybody to call me back. I am not going to let this one go either because we spent $27 and it was just absolute crap there was nothing in that bag that was put together properly, it was thrown in there so badly and literally everything was just all over the place like we had to basically reassemble the tacos because they weren't even wrapped. This incident happened right before Christmas I have literally been calling for weeks and weeks and I literally just called again now and was told by somebody named Beatrice after I said this is regarding a complaint that Elizabeth wasn't in today. Read moreService sucks! I have never given them attitude and never made any complaints until now. I always sympathize when they almost ALWAYS forget things on my order. I drive back and retrieve my items with no complaints. This last time, they were missing two of my items. I called and it was the same young man who gave me my order. I told him what I was missing and he asked if I wanted to speak to his manager. I said sure. So he hands the phone to her and she proceeds to carry a convo (using explicit language) I’m thinking she must’ve thought no one was on the line. Nope! She gets on and I explain to her what I ordered and what was missing. She asked if I wanted to come back and I agreed to and she even said she’d throw in some free stuff for the trouble (they never have before). She got my name, said they would be ready when I got there just let them know my name. So there was a car that barely pulled up to the menu to order when I got there. So I pulled up to the window and gave my name. The young blonde yelled I was there. The one who gave my order said I was the one he lied on him. Then the manager (now with an attitude) appears and said if I could pull around and tell her through the mic what I was missing on my order. I looked at her and said WHAAAAAAT? She said oh no I mean today it’s not an issue. Then why say it? I wouldn’t have to inconvenience them if they wouldn’t inconvenience me and just get my order correct!!! 🤦🏻♀️ If you have this type of manager running that store then Taco Bell needs to definitely RE-TRAIN her in customer service.
