My endeavor started at 1 pm on Monday, when I had brought my water damaged iphone to Bitworks. It had been damaged about a month ago and the cell reception was the only issue, it was just not as strong as it used to be. They took my information and said they'd have it all cleaned up and ready to go in an hour. By that evening I was getting concerned. The next morning I was perplexed. By 4 the next day I was troubled and drove up there. They handed me a phone deemed "UNFIXABLE" and now completely dead. My phone worked flawlessly before I gave it to them and came back useful only as a paperweight. The receptionist was also very rude and discourteous. I will definitely avoid business with them...

These guys are smart, fast, patient and kind. You don't find all four of these qualities in any other computer place in the area. You won't feel like you're being "sold" when you walk into the store. If you want to talk to a technician right away, if they are not "on site" one will come out and discuss your concerns with you. Your device will be fixed promptly and correctly.
