I had a really nice experience here today. I'm not normally a hat guy, so I went in not really knowing what to expect, but the young guy behind the counter did a great job of showing me everything I wanted to look at, took his time, wasn't rushed, gave me some suggestions and answered lots of questions - all around very nice mom-and-pop store kind of customer service. I looked at one hat that had a slight defect on it, and he was quick to point it out before I even noticed it in case I was one of these super meticulous hat people. (All of the other hats looked immaculate.) The selection at this store is large and they have a bunch of custom hats that they've designed, so you won't find them elsewhere. I bought two hats that I'm pretty excited about. The store looked closed when I got there, and the guy said that they often look closed but are open, so give the door a knock even if it is locked. Highly recommend for local hat shop, and the guy said that they sell most of their hats online, so I image their website is worth...

So I saw a cap on ECapCity’s Instagram that I knew my friend would love...so I went ahead and purchased it and told my friend about it...my friend then told me that he wanted 2 instead of 1 so I went back to purchase another one. A few minutes later I received a phone call from Norman making sure that I had indeed ordered 2 or was it a mistake. I advised him that I did order 2 hats and he went ahead and told me that although he wasn’t supposed to but he was going to ship both hats together and put a $5 bill in the box to reimburse me for the shipping of one of the orders I placed! I thought that was so awesome of him and thanked him so much! I have been purchasing hats from ECapCity for a minute because they have a wide selection of custom fitted caps and they are very quick to ship and with this little incident now they have gained a customer for life!
