I try to give this place chance after chance because the food is decent but no more. They made me late for work after ordering over 20 minutes in advance. When i originally ordered they said it would be 15 minute pick up time. After exactly 18 minutes i called and asked if the food was ready because I had to pick it up, whoever answered the phone said it was ready. Upon my arrival, my food was not ready and not only that, the mother made the complete wrong wings so it had to be remade. I have work at 7 and at this point it’s already 6:55pm, 25 minutes after my initial order and i ask for a refund because I’m now late to work. The daughter tells the mother i want a refund and that’s when the mother decides to move with urgency. She then looks at me and points to the food tickets and says “busy.” I’m writing this review because this isn’t the first or second time this has happened, it’s constant. They don’t offer anything for the inconvenience either, EVER. No eggroll, no soda and no sorry from the person at fault. The only one that apologizes is the daughter and she’s not even the one making the food. She also said she wasn’t the one answering the phones, I believe they have a call center rep who does, but even so; constant communication between the representatives and the restaurant needs to be maintained in order to prevent mishaps like this. I don’t appreciate the unprofessional idk and lack of consideration from this restaurant and although I love certain things on the menu, I don’t think I’ll be eating here again. my entire meal tasted like buffalo wings instead of bbq because the pan wasn’t cleaned out to remake my order...

I went into the Green Garden Restaurant and asked if i could just plug in my phone so i could call an Uber. They (the woman and man) point blank said no in the harshest of tone. They were simple horrible. It would have taken a minute, maybe two to charge, but they were too ruthless to help if they were not going to benefit monetarily. People like these are a pariah on the community, because they are there for the purpose of money mongering alone. The thought of helping a stranger, even at no inconvenience to them or their business, is not something they are willing to do, though they would have gladly taken my money had I come to order food. We should not patronize this business. Even if the food is good, it is still not worth having them in our community. That is, this business owner should not be rewarded for ruthless behavior, because they are not willing to give back or extend even a small token of kindness to those in the community from which their business derives all its benefits. Read moreI’ve been using Green Garden for years! Never again after tonight. I called and placed an order for delivery at 9:27pm on Sunday 8/8/21. I was told 35 mins. I called to check the status at 10:25pm. I was told the driver left and 5 more minutes. 5 minutes passed so at this point I’m annoyed. I called to cancel the order and requested a refund. It’s now 10:38pm and I’m told the driver called me and I didn’t answer and the food is outsize. This is a lie as no one has called me. My number is 349…the driver was calling 344…how about they have caller ID and they wrote my Phone number wrong. At 10:53pm, Green Garden is calling me now. They sent the driver to pick up the food…yes there is a global pandemic taking place but Green Garden came back to pick up their food. That’s the only way I could get a refund. I threw the food out in the dumpster because we have raccoons. I block them from calling me and now I am receiving texts! Apparently, they admit they were wrong but I should not have thrown it out in the dumpster. After texting a bit, I blocked them. I will never use them again and honestly no one...
