I could not be happier with the service I received, or the knowledge and expertise I witnessed in dealing with John and his crew. They quickly diagnosed the issues with my Audi A5, provided a detailed estimate (which was substantially less than my previous shop had quoted), and then completed the work quicker than the timeframe they promised. For the last 15 years, I had been going to another local shop that specializes in German Automobiles, and had always been happy with their work (although their pricing had seemed to increase recently). After having read some of the reviews for John and his crew online, I thought I would stop by his shop and see what they could offer. I was immediately impressed with John, and I thought his pricing was outstanding. I will continue to use John and his team for all of my future mechanical repairs, as well as regularly scheduled service. Five Stars...

I took my 2014 BMW 328i here for some preventative maintenance as well as some repairs I needed done and John, Taylor, and Frank are more than just euro car mechanics, they are enthusiasts who know these cars inside and out. They were very thorough in their work and have an amazing attention to detail. My BMW feels like a new car again, with 211,000 miles on it! If you're looking for a shop that won't try to upsell you or nickel and dime you to death, you found it!

This was the only shop that quoted me for my timing chain replacement and included replacing the oil pump chain as well. All the other shops i called, quoted just the timing chain and nothing else.

Also worth noting, Deutschland Autohaus only uses BMW OE parts! Unlike some other shops who quoted me using Chinese parts...

I am so happy I came here for the issue my car was experiencing. The prices were very reasonable, they were upfront, honest, and didn’t try to push any unnecessary work, which I really appreciated. John provided exceptional customer service, he was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure I understood what was being done and answered all of my questions without rushing me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way he does. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The work was done quickly, car runs great, and I left feeling confident that I had made the right choice to trust John with my car.
