Inland Empire Airstream Business Review: Exceptional Service Experience
I recently took my Airstream Flying Cloud to Inland Empire Airstream for repairs, prepared to spend around $3,000. While it wasn’t an ideal expense, I was willing to handle it. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Courtney, one of the most pleasant, attentive, and professional service employees I have ever met. Her communication, follow-up, and attention to detail were remarkable.
Despite my Flying Cloud being just past its warranty, Courtney went above and beyond, managing to get the repair covered by Airstream, saving us thousands of dollars. Her dedication and service truly exceeded expectations.
Upon returning to pick up my Airstream, we couldn’t resist browsing the new models. One thing led to another, and soon, we were speaking with the sales team about a possible trade-in. They offered a very fair price for our Flying Cloud, and we ended up with a great deal on a new 2024 Globetrotter.
Our experience didn’t end there; Scott, the finance manager, handled our paperwork and financing with the same level of professionalism and attention that Courtney had shown. His communication and follow-up made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
In summary, if you’re looking for a place to get your Airstream serviced or to explore purchasing options, I highly recommend Inland Empire Airstream. Their team’s dedication to service, from repairs to sales, is...
Read moreBe careful. They are not the same quality as they used to be. We bought our 2023 Airstream Bambi 19cb trailer brand new in October of 2022. Many problems. Cabinets falling off the wall. Refrigerator that the dealership in Temecula only made worse with their attempts to repair eventually leaving it in a state of continuous on so it became a freezer. All within 2 years of purchasing and what should have been covered under warranty but wasn't. A water heater that always delivered cold water every time it was turned on when it worked. But eventually, also within 2 years and also what should have been covered under warranty but wasn't, started leaking. Both the refrigerator and water heater replaced at my own expense with costly but actually reliable items made by Isotherm and Truma respectively.
We call it our shiny lemon but a lemon nonetheless.
We love our Bambi now that an extra $10k has been spent to repair or replace items that should have lasted 10 years but didn't even make two.
Agm batteries replaced by Battleborn. Along with the defective WfCo955lis converter with a Progressive Dynamics converter.
Repaired holes in the roof that should have been covered under warranty but weren't.
I'll send a specific list of the costs and copies of the work orders to anyone who wants to think twice about buying an expensive poor quality new...
Read moreWe are thoroughly impressed with the service department at this 5 Rivet Dealer! We had a tire blowout en route from FL to CA that caused some wheel well and undercarriage damage behind the passenger tire in our 20FB. Our service advisor was Mari and she was absolutely amazing to work with (we were sad to hear she left). The technician, Mitch, is a BOSS! The repair work was definitely “PRO level” work because it looks brand new, dare I say better than factory (if not for the rest of the trailer showing a bit of age, you wouldn’t be able to see what work was done). From start to finish, the claim process was seemless with our insurance (they did the estimates wuickly and were super responsive). The repairs took about two weeks total, which honestly wasn’t bad at all considering insurance processing the claim took the majority if the time. Upon completion, they cleaned and Walbernized the entire trailer and Danny did the walk thru with us. Everything was done so well, I am beyond grateful for all they did. Highly, highly recommend this AS dealer for any service or repair work. Too bad we live in Florida, otherwise we’d be coming here for everything...
