Pros: the food is the best healthy meal prep service i have had. Highly recommended.

Their website/Google info doesn't match up (address/phone number *nobody picked up)

My friends food was delivered to the wrong address

When I went in to pick up my food, the employees and 2 customers were not wearing masks. The girl at the register was too busy with her convo about a wedding with her 2 mask-less friends to answer a question.

Maskless customers were allowed to look, touch food containers in the fridge to exchange meals.

Terrible service. Went to pick up a too good to go order. They ran out of food. If you sell a certain quantity of food, you need to keep your promise. The girl told me I only get charge when I pick up the order. That's not true. I have paid the night before in the app for today's order. She also told me she is not on the app, so she doesn't know how to cancel an order. She was quick to deny any responsibility. I drove 45 min for nothing and I still paid...
