I would avoid this place at all cost there is a white lady that works there that seemed really racist and with a bad attitude I had a 3 carat platinum diamond ring I watched her test it with the diamond tester and it past when I seemed interested in selling she then put it in a cheap machine claiming the diamonds were lab,they do not put lab diamonds in art deco platinum jewelry because lab diamonds were invented in 1954. During this whole process this lady was Scooby,get this then she told me the platinum value was 125 talk about ripping someone off she also keeps going in the back talking to someone mind you I had this ring checked in an x ray diamond tester at a previous place and I also tested them with my diamond tester. I just wanted to see if I could get more. I have gone here 3x times for work to be done to existing jewelry. What you can expect is quality craftsman, honest conversation if something you want is feasible, reasonable pricing and great customer service. I came in with toddler while I was waiting to get new tires with a pair of earrings that felt so heavy when I wore them. I asked what could be done to have them reset and my idea of what I wanted: thin bezel set, rose gold, and low profile. We decided to customize them so I can get exactly what I wanted. When I left I received a few text messages from Morgan with some options that they researched for me. I ended up getting what I wanted but adding millgrain detail around the bezel. I have had the most delightful experience at Diamonds By Monet. My favorite diamond necklace had a broken lobster clap, and upon calling several Jewelers and Repair shops. I found Diamonds By Monet the most friendly, informative and willing to do a repair on site immediately. I was greeted on the phone and then in person by Marie, she was cordial, friendly factual, and could not have been more professional and courteous. 45 minutes after dropping my necklace off for the new lobster clasp and soldering, I was able to pick it up and meet their amazing Jeweler, Bill. The professionalism quality and friendliness of this local Jeweler absolutely reinforced my belief that there are people out there willing to help at a moment notice.
