Smoke Shop Vail Ranch — Local services in Temecula

I am new to the area and this morning, I came into town around 8 a.m. and needed to stop for some supplies. I found several local shops, all of which claimed to be open at 8 or 8:30a.m. I called a few and got no answer. I figured they were busy opening their shop for the day so i just showed up to see for myself. As I soon found out, every single shop was closed with bar gates/ lights out. After the 5th smoke shop I drove to, all were closed, I made one last call to Smoke Shop Vail Ranch. This is where the 5 stars were earned. My call was answered immediately I showed up to the shop and within minutes my morning turned from frustrated anxiety to loyal patron. This shop deserves a look and no one can honestly beat how early this place opens. Great experience and im going to be returning later this week. Honestly no Need for me to bother with any of the other local shops that have not produced the items I look for in a smoke shop, I'm sure if I need something special this shop can locate it for me. Thanks for being open when you say you are open. Not one other shop within 20 miles can operate with this kind...

I purchased a product only to find out after I got home and opened the package it was expired by several weeks! I immediately tried to return or exchange and was told that they don’t take opened products, but it was expired! The store owner said Exp 12/1/2022 didn’t mean it was expired. She said it meant that is when the manufacturer issued it and it could remain on the shelf for longer. She showed me other containers on the shelf with the same expiration date (obviously not selling.) I called the manufacturer who told me the store owner lied to me and that in fact the product was expired. The manufacturer offered to replace it for free as long as I ship the expired product back to them. Anyone who shops at this store always check expiration dates! I asked for a refund and was concerned about getting sick....

The older lady at the front sold me a slurp terp that was too small for my piece. I went back to the store to get a bigger size and When I asked if she had any other sizes, she said no that all the new ones come in this size Only, which is incorrect. I didn’t argue that point I just asked for my money back and she continued looking for a size she already told me she didn’t have. I used card so when I said I needed to give her my card she said no I’ll give you cash gave me 37 dollars back when my total was 38.95. She shorted me the card fees… She said she doesn’t carry the size for my piece and that was it. I won’t go here again. She didn’t offer a solution she just kept my 1.95 and basically told me she didn’t see a need to carry different sizes....
