I had the "make your own bowl" with Garlic Chiken. I thought the food itself was good, tasted great!! The boy that served me was pleasant. I explained that this was my first time eating at CAVA and asked him what the process was. He tried to explain it somewhat. The ordering process for a first timer is a bit convoluted. It's very hard to know what things are from just looking at the food. I asked what things were and he told me there were signs on the glass, between the food and where I was standing, about waist high. The names and descriptions of the food were very low and really small writing. I had to bend down and get close to read it for myself and my friend. When I got back to the table, I told me husband he better take his glasses. At the end of the "assembly line" where you get the toppings, it was really messy. Many food items had other food items dropped into the containers. The feta cheese was into several other containers that had tomatoes, olives, and a few others. I don't like feta so I had the guy scrape it over and dig from below but for many people they're lactose intolerant or whatever and I feel they should do a better job to avoid the cross contamination from happening, aside from the fact that it does not look appealing. Aside from this, I felt the food was good, the chicken flavor was great. My bowl was delicious and I would...
Read moreI had a deeply upsetting experience at this restaurant. During my visit today 8/12/25, I witnessed/experienced behavior that I believe was racially discriminatory. I was in line and had observed LUKE being super kind to an older white couple explaining everything and saying “oh my favorite is the arugula and this and that” so I thought wow that guy is nice. I was WRONG LUKE was extremely racist and rude! It was my first time here and I didn’t know anything about what to get. When it was mine turn he was completely different extremely annoyed with me bc I was asking simple questions he was rolling his eyes It was extremely visible that he was annoyed and upset. Even the way he was pouring the rice and lentils was so bad and he couldn’t explain to us what sauces there were. After he was done with us, He was apologizing to person after us “sorry for the wait.” LUKE Has horrible customer service!!! On the other hand there was Victor who was kind and very sweet! Thank you Victor for being you!
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, especially in a business that serves the public. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the issue properly. I cannot recommend this place...
Read moreA Truly Wonderful Experience at CAVA!
My friend and I recently had the pleasure of dining at CAVA, and I can confidently say it was one of the most refreshing and enjoyable meals I've had in a while. The food was not only absolutely delicious but also thoughtfully prepared with health-conscious ingredients that didn’t compromise on flavor. Every bite felt fresh, vibrant, and satisfying, a perfect blend of taste and nourishment.
What truly made the visit exceptional, though, was the incredible team. Jen, Vanessa, Steve, and Qili each brought an energy to the space that made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Their friendly and upbeat personalities added a personal touch that went beyond standard service. They were attentive, kind, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do and it showed.
Whether you're looking for a healthy bite or just a great experience with outstanding hospitality, CAVA is a fantastic choice. A huge thank you to the team for making the visit so memorable I’ll definitely be back with my physical...
