Taco Bell — Restaurant in Temecula

Only good thing about our experience was the nice lady that confirmed our order. Other than that, everything was horrible. With only 3 cars in front of us, it took them almost 30 mins to get our food out. When we got to the window, we received our drinks and were informed that it would be a moment till our food was out. While listening to the staff joking and laughing thru the door, we got to sit in our car watching our food sit on the counter for nearly 10 mins getting cold. Nacho fries were absolutely GARBAGE with absolutely no seasoning on them. I’ve had more spices at a Tex-Mex restaurant than what we got tonight on those fries. We’re in the food industry as well and it takes a lot for me to write a review, and this was one of those days. I just wished there was someone older there that could help the kids with their time management skills to get food to customers in a timely manner and the quality of the food going out is to standards. We’ll give this location a second chance, but will probably just drive across town then deal with this again. Would rather make a 30 min drive. Always check your order here!

Update: They also got other items missing/wrong in our entire order. I’m making the 30 min drive going forward. Management- you really need to have a talk...

Store number 033511 GM Charlene

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the GM Charlene for going above and beyond for our daughters birthday. We visit this Temecula location several times a week because our 14 year old daughter can't get enough Taco Bell. On our last visit, I asked Charlene if she could spare 2 big nacho boxes and burrito wrappers so I could wrap some birthday presents in the Taco Bell boxes and she was so kind. Although I offered to pay for the boxes, she wanted to give them to us along with some coupons for future visits. Our daughter absolutely loved the nacho gift boxes and all of our Taco Bell decorations. We ordered Taco Bell balloons, socks, and shirts from the Taco bell store and it was a big hit. She laughed and laughed and couldn't believe we actually made her 14th birthday Taco Bell themed. She loved it and we took so many fun pictures. Please let everyone at this location know how much we appreciate them. They are always very pleasant and our orders are fresh and correct. Charlene is doing a wonderful job and it shows. I used to eat at this Taco Bell frequently however after this visit I won't be back for a long while. There's usually a line for the drive through except this line seemed to take a extra long time to order. I ordered my food which was repeated back to me completely incorrect and I recieved attitude when I said "that's not my order". When I got to the window I was immediately given an attitude and I wasn't greeted I gave my card she gave it back and then slammed the window. I informed I didn't need a drink carrier she told me to take it because it's easier for her. Um. Then she handed me a bag when i checked it out wasn't anything i ordered i informed her and she gave me even more attitude as if it was my fault. The manager or supervisor was present and never tried to correct the employee instead continued to allow her to give horrible customer service to me. When I drove away the young lady gave me a sarcastic tone "have a nice day". The food was messy and very poor quality.
