I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered matcha specifically for an event this weekend, but the store sent me the wrong package entirely. Mistakes happen, but the response has been underwhelming.

They asked if I still wanted my original order (of course I do—that's why I ordered it), but instead of offering a real apology or compensation, they only covered return shipping for the item they sent by mistake. No discount, no expedited shipping, nothing. And worst of all, my actual order hasn’t even shipped yet.

Now I’m left without what I needed, and with no clear timeline. I expected better service and accountability. I won’t be ordering...

This place is tiny but the stuff to sqft ratio is insane. I consider myself a stationery insider and they had almost all of my top picks across pens, pencils, notebooks and more. They also have matcha utensils and your generic Japanese merchandise (chopstick rests, incense, etc). If you really wanted to, you could buy a lot of stationery online, but being able to go in person and actually test stuff out is perfect. Reminds me of the Korean Artboxes.
