Tucked into Culdesac on Apache in Tempe, Sew Used is one of those rare gems that instantly feels like home. My 17-year-old daughter first introduced me to this spot, and now it’s become a must-stop whenever friends or family come to visit.

The staff are incredibly friendly—like, actually-remember-you friendly—which always makes each visit feel special. They greet us like old pals, and I love seeing my daughter light up as she shows me the newest finds.

Today my friend and I stopped in this store and thought it was super cute. It is very tiny and can get packed with customers but it’s so cute and worth a visit. Unfortunately right as I was walking up to the counter to check out, the cashier realized that the previous customers card didn’t go through and they left too fast to grab them. This was truly the best vacation find! As a vintage girly, I always look for vintage and thrift stores when traveling and Sew Used did not disappoint. The prices were extraordinary and the quality of the pieces were unmatched. I was able to score a vintage YSL button up, a velvet beaded shawl, and two pairs of vintage jeans/pants all for under $90.
