My husband and I have tried numerous meal delivery services over the last 20 years and Cura is the best company out there, hands down! Not only is the food delicious and the highest of quality but they have meal selections for every person seeking healthy, tasty, individually curated dishes. Never have I seen a company deliver to such a wide-range of dietary needs...gluten free, vegan, AIP, plant-based, keto...and do it well! We have been eating and loving Cura meals for the past 9 months and the AIP meal plan has been an absolute game changer for my digestion and GI wellness. Since finding Cura and a meal plan that caters to autoimmune conditions I am 90% symptom free and have not needed medications! A few years ago I was diagnosed with 2 different autoimmune conditions. I was devastated especially since I was just in my early 30s and felt I had so much more of an active life to live. I saw a naturopath who referred me to Cura kitchen and my life changed. It was difficult to meal prep with two little kids under the age of 3 and with working from home while caring for them. Cura made it possible for me eat an AIP diet and I haven’t flared since I started eating their food 8 months ago. Although I base progress on how I feel, I think it’s important to note that I’ve also lost 55 pounds postpartum since starting their meal prep.
