Beautiful oasis in the middle of busy downtown Tempe! There's a small visitor parking lot on the corner of 10ths and Mlll (this also has accessible parking spots). From the parking area, you can take the stairs down to the arts center (next to which you'll see a cool starry LED display), or they also have an elevator. If you are heading to the art museum in this arts center- you actually can get your parking vouched for 2 hours.
Once you're down in the center, there's seating and also some exterior artwork with interpretive signs. It's nice to sit down here as it's nice and shaded, and you get treated the sound of the flowing fountains. You can also stop by the free art museum right...

Some of the pieces make you scratch your head, but most of them are either really pretty or really trippy or both. The women at the front desk were both super nice and welcoming.
