As a graduate applicant and ASU student, I am extremely disappointed in the service this center provides. Most of the people who work at the graduate admission desk are students. Some of them are rude, and not aware of what they are doing. For instance, I asked one of them if they received my documents, and the answer was: "If the status did not change on the website, then, we did not." Well, I visited the center to make sure that there is not an issue on the website and my documents are delivered. Also, do not try to contact the student service via phone, because they will leave you on hold for 53 minutes since "they are assisting...

I’m a teen so I just let a swear word slip while talking as an adjective, not even cursing at the person and the lady got so offended that she started yelling at me and hung up on me accusing me of swearing at her instead of politely reminding me. People aren’t aware if they use language daily with friends and are a teenager and I wasn’t even yelling or cursing at her? I was explaining my issue and frustration.
