I visited Pepper Lunch for the first time on Thursday and had a mostly positive experience. I was greeted right away by a friendly staff member who offered helpful food and drink suggestions after I mentioned it was my first visit. The food arrived quickly and looked fantastic. The rice and corn were especially flavorful, but I found the fried chicken to be a bit too chewy for my taste.

Was so excited to eat pepper lunch again after only seeing it in Japan previously. We came for dinner two nights in a row and while the first was a blast, the second was super disappointing. I ordered the same meal and added an egg the second time and somehow only received half the portion of steak, which was still raw and gummy in the center by the time it stopped sizzling. We came in as a group of 5. We were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The ordering process has a learning curve but is truly So easy and efficient. We each had different dishes including pepper rice, teriyaki and a shrimp pasta. We all enjoyed our meals. This was my fourth visit. I just love it.
