For the graduation ceremony for May 19, 2025 at night, the best thing was the safe car exits. The staff in the lobby/hallway were very kind and respectful. The staff for seating/outside were very rude, snappy and not polite. We couldn't bring in nothing really besides a bouquet of flowers Majority of families congratulations posters were throw away rudely by staff, personal water bottles taken a way, balloons snatch from families, we couldn't bring our small or any size purses however there was many other people that had purses and their personal drinks.
