Don't Come Here to this Place This place Is Horrible the Customer service here is absolutely ridiculous very unprofessional service with not caring attitudes at all my mother and I came In yesterday I had brought my whole collections of Pokemon Cards Yu GI Oh Magic the Gathering cards etc. to sell my collections off they gave the worst offer ever imaginable they barely even went through one stack of cards of Pokemons did not even go through the Yu GI Oh cards and barely even went through the magic cards and told me and my mother and said that these are all bulk cards and are all commons etc. and said that they weren't even worth nothing at all and us to just donate them or give them away to a child plus told us that some of the cards were servery damaged which they weren't they were in excellent shape and told us that they could buy the bulks of cards for only $2 per thousand cards Which is nuts so we said no deal and even had to pickup all the cards ourselves and put them back the boxes then only wanted 10 Magic Cards and only gave me $6 for them total I don't see how this place have a five star they will lie to you and low ball you with unbelievable prices plus all the cards that they had in there store was overpriced $50 for a 2023 Pokemon card do not sell your card collections here they will rip you off horribly and give you awful prices my mother and I packed back up our cards and immediately left as we felt insulted we came here because of the five star ratings which is a complete lie which will be our last time here never again will we come back to this place they've lost our business I do not recommend this place to no one...

By far, this is one of the very best PokĂ©mon card stores I have ever had the chance to walk into, and I’ve been to quite a few over the years. I was visiting Chandler to spend some time with family, and while exploring the area I happened to stumble across this hidden gem. I’m always on the lookout for something fun for my 7-year-old, and this place absolutely delivered. From the moment we stepped inside, the experience felt welcoming and special.

The staff members up front immediately greeted us with genuine smiles, and you could tell they really enjoyed what they do. They didn’t just treat us like another customer—they went out of their way to make sure my son felt included and valued. He had dozens of questions (as most kids his age do, especially when it comes to PokĂ©mon), and the employees took the time to answer each and every one of them with patience, enthusiasm, and impressive knowledge. It wasn’t rushed or forced; it felt like they truly cared about sharing the excitement of the game and the hobby with him.

We ended up picking out a variety of single cards that my son had been wanting to add to his collection. To top it all off, we even found packs featuring Mega Evolution cards, which completely made his day. The selection here is excellent—whether you’re after singles, packs, or just browsing—you’ll find something worth taking home.

Overall, I can’t recommend this shop enough. If you’re in the Chandler area, whether you’re a long-time collector or a parent just starting a child on their PokĂ©mon journey, this store is a must-visit. We will...

They are as dishonest as they come I brought my cards it to sell not known much about the cards but a friend told me they would pay me a fair price for the cards so I went only to be lied to he took six garbage pail kids cards and about six to 8 pokemon cards tell me they had no value really but he likes those ones and gave me $10 bucks only to find out later that he took the only cards of value one of the pokemon cards was valued at $60-$180 depending on condition any they where all in near mint condition but the guy couldn't tell from the picture but never the less the guy working lied to me well I hope he feels good ripping off a homeless person because might not seem like a lot of money to most people but to me itmeans the diffence of a next meal or not because I might be homeless but I don't steal and I don't beg for change I try and make an honest buck. Shame on...

A great place to find old school mtg (in store only, you can’t find online). Really great owners, the space is clean, bright (but not obnoxious), stocked well, and the seating area is perfect when you feel like jamming in a store. I don’t usually play in a store, but if you want join a tournament or you like that atmosphere, this us a great place to do it. For those who aren’t magic nerds, the store also has plenty of table top games to indulge in as well. If you don’t play old school (which should be at a bar 😉) then make sure to support your local game stores! Aaaalllso, right across the street from Dutch Bros, so you can have your coffee and cards all at the same time lol.

I’d give this a ZERO rating if I could. This was my first and last time coming here tonight. Not a single acknowledgement from neither of the two workers up front. Not a single, “welcome in” or “let us know if you need any help.” No customer service. One worker assisted another customer and came back to their laptop to continue pricing cards, as I stood right in front of him. Did not bother to glance my way at all. The other worker, after assisting another customer, went back to sorting cards behind them. I understand there was an event going on today, but really? No acknowledgement? Lack of customer service for a community involved hobby. Pathetic.
