I’m from OK and I ordered an NFL rivalry collection Arizona cardinals hat. The fulfillment came from this store. My hat was Shipped in a Poly Mailer and came with a giant crease in the side of my hat. This is not the procedure for customer orders. All hats must be shipped in a hat box, along with packing paper, to secure the hat and prevent this specific issue from occurring. I do not have access to this hat at my local stores, so now I must return it and reorder it. Usually I would not leave a review but this is completely unacceptable. A lot of great options! Unfortunately the sweatshirt I wanted was only available in small and medium and there weren’t any “mom” gear and very little “alumni” options. I was specifically seeking ASU as my son just got accepted. This is my hometown and Alma Mater as well. Otherwise, there were tons of items and the few staff members were nice.

Update: all the items I purchased for holiday gifts were a big hit! The tshirts fit great and hold up well! The hot cups are pretty awesome (wish they held the insulation a bit better)! We will be back...

I am here in AZ from CO. I drove 30 minutes to come get ASU items from this store. The hours were clearly marked on the door and on the website. We came at 10 am, the store was closed. We did some other shopping at another store and came back o Rallyhouse at 11, and the store was still closed. That is so annoying.
