Firehouse Subs Priest & Elliot — Restaurant in Tempe

Hello i hate to reach out to you guys because this is one of my favorite places to eat with my family. Today however i had the most humiliating experience while talking to Sean at your restaurant. There was a mix up with my order and when i spoke to sean about it he was instantly really rude. He took my bag and opened all my items to show me what i had ordered then proceeded to raise his voice. I told him just one of my subs was wrong but he insisted on it not being the case and said he would gadly charge me for another one. I asked if i could just give him back the wrong sub and get the correct one but he said no and that he wasnt going to give me free food. He said all this while other customers were there watching me get yelled at which made everyone feel uncomfortable. I asked if he could just do the right thing and exchange my sub but he refused. After me pleading with him he finally agreed but he then proceeded to yell at me saying "DOUBLE CHECK MY ORDER NEXT TIME SO HE DOENST HAVE TO GIVE ME FREE FOOD." There was no need for that comment . At that point i didn't respond because i didn't want to make the situation worse i just wanted to feed my family. I got my sub and thanked him but he ignored me. I would like for you guys to please review the camera tape on my visit for 7/3/2023 at 3:10pm. I really hope he doesn't keep treating his customers like this. I went into this store to do delivery. The two guys there were very rude and profane towards me. I asked two time within 45 min how long the order would be. I was ignored. I and another driver watched like 20 people come and go with their food. They fixed mine last to be facetious. the other lady's was done right before mine. What made it so bad is. One of my choice places for delivery was firehouse subs until this incident. I reached out to Tyler Trifari and spoke with him. He asked me what happened and for my number I did give it to him. He said that he would handle the situation. I have not heard anything back from him. Nor anyone higher than him. I was late to my catering delivery for a well known company. Walked in and no one was at the counter. Waited a minute or two in silence bc Im not the type to yell out in a restaurant for staff. But it was a weird vibe. An employee walks out of the back angrily and just stands there staring at me. No hello or anything, very weird, like how dare I walk into a sandwich shop hungry to pay for a sandwich. I ask if everything is ok, as something seemed very off. He ignored the question. I order and he punches it in the register and goes to make the sub. At this point he is behind the counter and I cant see whats going on, and with the terrible vibe I am afraid of what he could be doing with the food I am about to eat. I pay the $20 or whatever for the sandwich and walk out, not a word was spoken the whole time. I put the bag in my car and it starts to smell horrible, like expired food, so I threw it out not wanting to risk getting sick. Never going...
