Can’t select zero stars, or I would have. I bought a Groupon for a lip flip, which is basically a very quick and simple procedure. I wasn’t able to book on their website because with the Groupon, you have to call. Over a two week period of time, I called at least eight times and finally when I complained I got an answer back I should clarify. I got multiple answers back from multiple different phone numbers for multiple different days and times that didn’t work for me.

Finally, yesterday I finally heard back from someone who said the only opening she had was at 6 PM on Monday, which would require me to stay an hour later at work so that I could stop there on my way home. I took it because I was desperate at this point. A couple of hours later I got a text from a different phone number saying that there was an opening at 4:30 PM on Sunday…today. I told her that I was confused because someone had already booked me for 6 PM on Monday. She said they have cancellations all the time and new openings. I took the appointment yesterday for today. This morning, my dog died. I texted and told them that I couldn’t make it because of a pet emergency and was charged a $75 cancellation fee on top of the $96 that I already paid for a $65 procedure.

At this point, I believe this is their business model. They sell Groupons and can’t ever get anybody in for an appointment. They schedule you and if you cancel, you are charged more than what the appointment should have cost. They make their money either way. I am already out of pocket $171 for whatever everyone else charges $65 for and I didn’t get anything done. Beware!!!! Apparently they are really, really...

I had the best experience with Donna. If anyone is looking to get work done look no further. Donna was welcoming and listened to my needs. My dark deep sunken under eye circles gone. As if I never had them. I looked worn down and aged. Donna Literally took years off of my face. I was speechless and emotional. I love how she made me look and feel. My lip filler looks so natural. My cheekbone filler look so natural never thought that a little cheek bone filler would make such a difference on my face. The only thing I regret is that I did not find her sooner. My experience with Ms.Donna H was absolutely amazing. Her ambiance was set to the nines. Her aura oozes elegance and poise. My results just after one facial are lovely.
