We recently visited an AT&T authorized retailer (BlueLink) to see about upgrade eligibility. We ended up staying for 3+ hours to have them void several transactions. Read more if you care to: Told that moving from a more favorable plan into a newer plan with more lines but less benefits was better (it wasnât) Told that we would get 1100 trade-in credit for our phones (we would actually get no trade in credits with the new plan) Made to believe they were doing us a service by waiving our activation fees (that they had neglected to mention before the card was swiped) and giving us back our billing credits from our old plan (that they had neglected to check if weâd be losing before churning us into a new plan with additional lines). Told us they could do nothing to fix the situation and we had to call corporate. Called corporate who couldnât fix it since this store is only an authorized retailer and the rep had to call the store to walk them through how to fix their mistakes.    Read moreTo make a long story short, I went in to order new iPhone 15pro max my device was ordered by Rachael and I asked to have them shipped to the store for safety since I work all day and didnât want my stuff to be stolen or loss, well Rachael put the address in wrong and my stuff was then lost she wasnât willing to take any ownership of the mistake on her end and didnât want to help at all to make it right.
Thatâs where the new staff at this location stepped up and really went above and beyond for me to make sure I got what I ordered one way or another it was a painstaking process but Jason really killed it for me and made sure he did everything he could to try and right the wrong. Following up with me daily to see if I got anything and letting me know what he has found out. After that once the phones were redelivered I went in picked them up and Sean helped me out another guy there that was very helpful and willing to do what he could to help satisfy in attempt to right someone...

I had an issue with all of my phone plans not having service (5 lines) and not even a moment after i say thereâs no service he says âyou have to update your phone, apple has a new updateâ umm okay but two of those lines are androids. i said âall of them have the same problem?â and he barks at me to open my phone to look at. all he does is look at my storage, my software, and say âyeah this needs an uoafteâ. I give him tye android to look at and he finally concede that it is fully up to date then âresets network settingsâ which i couldâve done on my own, then tells me âyouâre lucky iâm working and I know my way around phones, i stayed late todayâ ??? okay? congratulations? you clearly didnât do anything but have a terrible attitude and try to make me feel indebted to you for doing your job. very self...
