Without Rikki I would not have done so much business there. She is the best person I have dealt with at any pawn shop. I have bought a lot from them over the years. And had many loans there too. Over the last 2 or 3 years things have changed for the worse pertaining to heir policies. I am going to loose a few family heirloom firearms because of this. They are all in there for loans and have been in there for some time. They make about a hundred dollars a week on the interest alone. My ID is expired and I cannot get them out until I get a new one. Payment is due and because of weather I do not have the money. I was going to pawn an item to buy me some time but now they cannot take it due to to my ID. Corporate came to them and said it’s not ok for them to do that anymore. I love rikki but will never do business at any of their stores. To be honest I am going to miss her even if I was only there to give her my money. Too bad the business doesn’t see us as people the way she does. She has bent over backwards to help me and many others in time of need. Give her a raise! She’s the only reason that I have spent thousands at that store. I love this place the ladies here are professional and helpful. They have knowledge between the staff here can find about anything you need or want even if it's not in store. Of course the store is always beautiful nicely organized everything is easy to see and read. They have helped me personally many times. In need of money or just a smile. I've been to some pawn shops that leave a bad taste in my mouth. This one leaves me feeling better about my day ahead. Genuine smiles and awesome staff. Great products to buy always in good shape. And often many unique items you may not find even in the darkest corner in a goodwill or some thrift store. This is the place to go. Don't just take my word for it go give this store a visit. You will not be disappointed.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I just left this place after I purchased a chain saw (I attempted to use to cut up fallen trees from the storm in disabled veterans yards) I purchased the “protection plan” after being informed that if it didn’t work I had 6 months to return it and get my money back, sounds like a good deal doesn’t it?!?! Welp nope what they don’t tell you is that you actually have 24hrs to “get your money back” and after that they’ll issue you a store credit to buy more broken over priced stuff that doesn’t work. Shady and deceitful deceptive business is what this place practices if you’re a VETERAN like myself don’t spend your money with this “business” (more like scam) if I could give them no stars I would. Now I have a “$100 credit” that I will never use because I will never enter another one of these shady buildings again. NOW ON TO THE BBB...
