Our experience at Tin City Distillery was honestly one of the worst we've ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in acknowledging us, much less providing even basic service. We stood at the counter while they ignored us, and when they finally decided to pour our drinks for our tasting, they didn’t say a single word — no greeting, no description of what they were serving, not even basic eye contact. It was cold, rude, and completely unprofessional.

The entire atmosphere felt unwelcoming. For a place that’s supposed to be about hospitality and craft, they completely failed on every level. There are plenty of places that actually value their customers and create a positive experience — this is absolutely not one of them.

We've been coming to Wine Shine for many years now. The level of service from Don, Partick and Michael are over the top, and the new guy Lucas. The quality is truly amazing on the Brandy. If you understand how Brandy is made, you can appreciate the top quality of grape pressings they use, from Saxum, Turtle Rock, Denner and many other very high-quality wineries. Patrick will always make you a killer mixed drink. And the Wine Shine environment is always very fun and playful. We do wish that we could have attended the open house last month, that would have been great to see how they have expanded. Our go to Brandy is always the Orange and the Cinnamon. This place was our favorite in Tin City. We did not do a tour but we had tastings and a couple drinks after. They have so many options to choose from! The Chocolate love vodka was soooo good! And I loved the Blackberry Bramble, I even got a 4 pack togo! My boyfriend is a whiskey drinker and really enjoyed their variety. For the mixed drinks my boyfriend got an Old Fashioned, and me and my mom got The Dirty Horchata. All of them hit the spot. The 2 guys working were awesome also.
