Beautiful store and furnishings. However I bought a $300 umbrella there and ordered 2 more as they didnt have them in stock. Turns out I was sold the floor model which was not disclosed to me by salesperson. He made it look/sound like he was getting it from the storeroom. It is a Sunbrella and I have no idea how many months/years it has been sitting.out under the sun. I essentially paid $320 for a used umbrella. When I went back to discuss with staff, no apology or effort to make amends. I spent $960 for all 3 umbrellas, two sent from the Paso store. No affordable options. I really wanted to support local business so I went here to get a patio dining set. Oof! 2k for the table and 2k for 2 chairs!? We couldn’t find a set that was going to come in until 5k in the entire store. I’m looking at Costco and Amazon full dining sets for $3000 now.
