Central Coast Creamery Deli and Cheese Shop — Restaurant in Templeton

Here’s the deal. This place is good but it’s misrepresented as to the meats. My hubby went to get us food as we were at a winery. I’m Italian so let’s start there. The sandwich was Wild Hog which did describe it as Prosciutto “Cotto” which is VERY DIFFERENT from Prosciutto “crudo” which is real prosciutto: I basically would up with a ham sandwich. No thank you. I was pissed. Does it spell it out? Yes. Is it prosciutto?? NO NO NO NO....

Horrendous experience. The people working here are incredibly slow and unhelpful. Customers were waiting around in line for half an hour before the person at the counter bothered to tell them they had to order at a different counter. Go...
