Wellllll, giving this place 5/5 for atmosphere! It's super cute, clean and hip and has indoor/outdoor seating. Plus, it's in a great area to grab a scoop and stroll around, so a great date location. 5/5 for customer service...so patient while everyone tries 6 flavors a piece and chomps on their tiny spoons. Now, for the ice cream itself, don't kill me but it was only a 3.5 for me. I don't eat much dairy but when I eat real ice cream I want full fat, full flavor! This sheep milk ice cream is pleasant enough and you might LOVE the lighter consistency, but it just wasn't enough umph for me. I got 2 scoops--one mint chip and one blackberry something...the mint was moderately flavored, but the blackberry was so mild it barely tasted like anything...needed some berry syrup or something. Anyway, I'd probably go back if a date was buying, but I'd get some toppings, even if I had to embarrass him by carrying them...

Last we heard was that they have us down on their calendar and that was it. Our event coordinator tried multiple times to get ahold of them and heard absolutely nothing. Why would anyone sell their ice cream truck when they have events scheduled with it. So unprofessional. Our guests were left empty handed for dessert that night and it was humiliating. Especially because we talked it up so much. I'm a business owner myself and it makes me sick to my stomach to imagine doing this to any of my customers. Please watch out for this business when it...
Read moreThe first time I went here I had a decent time, the ice cream was pretty good and while it was hard I did manage to snag a table.
The second time I visited I was horrified. When I ordered my ice cream I guess the worker had a hard time scooping the ice cream (since it was a new one she just put in) so she used her BARE HANDS to scoop it and PAT it into the cup. She was wearing no gloves and then handed it to me like nothing was wrong.
I was absolutely disgusted, I payed for it because I wanted to avoid a confrontation; but I threw it away as soon as possible. This is a major health hazard and I will never go back to this place because if that's how they handle food in front of customers, I can't imagine what they do in the back of the shop.
Edit: The woman who helped me was middle aged and she had a short...
