The food was as you expect from little caesar, but the service at this location leaves much to be desired. The first of my last two experiences I had tried to call in an order to pick up. They had then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone afterwards. My latest experience, I had walked in. It was later in the evening so I wasn't surprised that they didn't have enough pizzas in the warmers for my order. What did bother me however, was the guy in the back, throwing a fit and spewing profanities everytime a new customer placed an order he had to prepare. Granted, the pizza he made was quite a bit better than you usually get from a little caesar's, but if I could hear and see his tantrum, anyone else could too. I ordered ahead... they lost my order I sat in there and waited ..... they lost my order AGAIN! I sat in there for an hour and is all I ordered was 2 pepperoni pizzas.
1 other time I came in and placed a decent sized order they acted like it was an inconvenience. The girl taking the order went to get the manager/worker from outside he came in and started making the food, no gloves, without washing their hands. I asked her politely to have him please wash his hands. He got upset and when he walked to the front she said I'm sorry they had you do that. Please do not apologize for me when I was in the right.

Manager rang me up. I asked her for a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, a sausage pizza, Italian cheese bread, and a marinara sauce. She asked if I wanted anything else. She rang me up for cheese sauce. I give it back to her and ask her to reimburse me for what I ordered. She said "I asked you if you wanted cheese or marinara and you said cheese. Then I read your order back to you. " Not sure if that's the script answer but asking me if I want anything else isn't reading back my order. Also I have never ordered cheese sauce in my life.
