Their social media account is very frustrating. Several times I commented first or been the only comment on a post only to have it sold out from under me. Recently they posted my item was on hold for me. Then they deleted that and put it sold in store an hour later. I have screen shots of the comments and the ones erased. THEN I commented that it was posted on hold for me and they erased that too. Which I also have photos of. Ridiculous! I refuse to shop there in store or online ever again. If you want something posted on line you must call and pay for it immediately or they’ll sell it to someone...

I have never been more insulted in all of my life. The staff was unprofessional and were making comments about my clothing that were unprofessional. I understand that some things may be outdated but there was no need for laughter and rude comments. I will not be going back ever. The staff didn’t even assist just sat behind the desk laughing and talking. Worst place to shop in at terre haute. The workers are very rude, 2 of them were putting things on the rack or storing them and I was trying to shop I was in the isle alone and they came right up next to me and wouldn’t move so I had to turn around and walk away. Just very unprofessional and not good customer service. Just very rude attitudes and not professional at all.
