Monday, sept 5 walked in to get my front screen replaced. Super nice people but I should’ve thoroughly made sure everything was ok before leaving, the next day I noticed the screen was not completely/properly Inserted back inside around the edges. Seemed like it was popping in and out of the phone at the top corner. Wednesday night comes around there’s one hairline crack running from the same corner of the screen where it’s lifting… 2 days after getting it replaced, wasn’t dropped, seemed like the unleveled screen could’ve fractured in my pocket or purse. Came back on Thursday, sept 8 to see what I could do about it, was told I have to pay for a new screen after explaining what happened… I mean it hasn’t even been a week a this point, Okay I guess, no other rectification was offered at this point. When the tech was done they handed me my phone and THE SAME TOP CORNER was popped ALL the way out… lollol showed the tech and asked if the screen was supposed to be popping out like that? They took it back and fixed it with more adhesive and now offered a discount. Nothing like paying 108.24 for something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place 🥲 paid and left,I was on a time crunch. Later my partner was able to go to the store while I was at work before close to voice my concerns.. got 50bucks back… kinda wished it was done correctly the first time so both parties wouldn’t be out both time and money. I am thankful I was refunded but good grief. I went here for a cracked screen and when I got my phone back it was busted up more than when I originally gave it to them. There was nothing wrong with the back but after they got a hold of it it looked like someone took a pick to the back to try and pry it open. The back of my phone is nearly cracked in half and unable to be closed back up.They didn't even attempt to fix the screen. They lied and said the screen was done but that they had a battery issue now. When I gave it to them it was turning on. It was fine except for the cracked screen when I gave it to them. It was cheaper to just file a claim with insurance than going to this place. I was charged 270 for a screen replacement upfront. I thought hey, if it's just the screen why file a claim, it's probably cheaper if I just get my screen fixed but good lord. Now it's un-repairable. The work they did was mediocre. It's almost guaranteed they have no formal training. I hate to leave such a bad review because the guy who gave me my phone back was very nice and professional, but this is unacceptable.
