Let me start by saying we had a great waitress and I really appreciate her trying, given the working conditions. We were sat at our table at about 8 PM. There was a booth behind us with a couple people with small children. Quickly after sitting an adorable little girl, Paisley, came to our booth and talked to us, showed us tik tok videos, and entertained us. It quickly became clear that the adults at the table behind us were no where to be found and we were the only adults watching this child. 30 minutes or so passed and we were still watching over her - finally an adult returned and told us that her mother was, none other than, the manager. It became pretty clear, what we had all been asking ourselves, why aren't the employees addressing this?! Now, we are parents, so in NO WAY were we going to be mean to this little girl or ask her to leave us alone, but we SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. After an hour, we still aren't certain who her mom is, because it was the employees who were responsible for babysitting her when we weren't. As a parent, I understand the struggle is real, but as a business owner I understand that your employees are not your babysitters, your CUSTOMERS are not your babysitters, a place of business is not where that responsibility lies. Directly to the owner: this should not happen, your employees should not feel obligated to tiptoe around their manager and her children. And before you assume this was a one off situation, it was pretty clear that the staff was used to this happening. Read moreWell I will start by saying I have ate at the mighty crab in North Little Rock and Conway on multiple occasions and never once felt the need to write a review. I will also say I will continue to eat at other locations but will never set foot back in this one. Me and the wife were down visiting family and said hey let's go have a date night. Showed up to the place at 4:45ish was told 45 minutes wait cool no big deal. The lady up front didn't take our name or anything. Thought about that for second went back and asked if we need to give our name and she rudely says no take this buzzer thing. Cool no big deal less than 10 minutes buzzer goes off. She seats us gave us menus it's 5 o'clock at this point. At 5:37 no one had said anything we are still sitting at the table with menus no drinks multiple staff members have walked by just looking at us. All the while I'm watching 4-5 staff members sitting at a table playing on phones other sitting at the bar shooting the bull. Finally about 5:45 a waitress asked if needed something I said a waiter would be great. Mind you I had already asked 2 other staff members about who our waiter is and they just walked off. This girl did great though and took our drink and food order. I will say the kitchen staff have it down food was great and delicious. Read moreTook the family here to enjoy some seafood. When we came inside the restaurant, I noticed that most of all employees where on there phone and setting up front at the entrance. We were seated and the waitress took our drink order. Never had been here before and was looking around at all the decor and watching tv. We placed an order, and waited for the food to arrive. It didn’t take long and the food came out nice and hot! We put our bibs on and took a couple pictures before we ate. We where all eating and my wife said to me, Oh my gosh! I said what is it? She pointed into here sack of food and there was a cooked fly on 1 of her shrimps… I immediately stood up and looked for our waitress. My wife got sick and went to the vehicle. I showed the waitress what was going on and she went to kitchen. There was a few minutes that went by and I guess the manager came. Didn’t say hey I’m so and so.. just took her phone out and took a picture of it and left. Our waitress came and ask me how I wanted to handle this.. WTH?? Why would you ask that? Long story short , the owners of this establishment should take a closer look at how there business is being ran. The bathroom, a unisex bathroom was terrible.
