Update the boutique called me back and told me I could exchange my pillow cases. I will be in tomorrow. Thank you!!! My husband purchased a package of satin pillow cases for me. They are standard size and our pillows at home are king. When we tried to return or exchange them they advised us we could not because this was part of their "hair care products ". Mind you these had never been open or taken out of the box. I literally opened them up for Christmas amd said we had to take them back. I could understand if they had been opened but they are clearly in their orginal packaging and not altered in any fashion. We will not return to buy anything from this place. They have now lost sales as I love to...

There were clothing options for both smaller and larger sized women and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They helped my mother and I to find her nice outfits that looked good on her for a reasonable price. I'm not good with fashion so it was nice to have a staff member help my mom fing clothes that fit her well and looked good on her with the added bonus of the prices...

Not the best experience. I was there for the first time some couple of years back when I was visiting my friend in town and from the moment I entered the store everyone was staring at me the whole time.
