Honestly if I could give a zero I would but I'm forced to at least give one star. First when I place the order I tried to be very aware of the fact that people might not be able to hear on the other side and Sonic notoriously has terrible speakers so I speak very clearly. Not only that but I go above and beyond to make sure I give everyone respect when I speak to them ; speaking kindly and actively saying please and thank you. The man who takes order was rude and really answered like it was a bother to take our order. I stated my order calmly. The item and the size multiple times and when it was read back to me incorrectly or asked to give it again I did with a smile because again, I understand how accidents can happen. I also understand that maybe he just couldn't hear me because the speaker could be faulty and unfortunately I was still given the wrong order. I kindly asked the man at the window if he could change my drink that was mistaken made to its correct order his attitude went from us bothering him ( us just trying to get our correct meal that we paid for) his tone shifted and instead of handing me the food he pushed it into my hands. It was a small gesture but I understood the meaning of it. He was very frustrated with us for whatever reason. I could totally go into more details but I think I've written enough.
Overall I'm just very disappointed in this interaction..

Read morePushed red button to order, i sat there 10 minutes i pushed the red button several times, someone answered finaly after 15 minutes, i placed my order, and no response, i pushed the red button two more times and waited 10 more minutes, i got out of my truck walked over to the next stall, pushed the red button stood there at least 3 minutes. And the entercom went off at my truck. Finally someone took my order again. I paid with my credit card, and a minute or two went by and here comes my order. It was out really fast, so i assume it was the first order i made. I had to ask for napkins. The country fried steak i ordered was like leather, i pushed the red button, and no response, 10 min went by, i pushed the red button 2 more times, Alexandra, delivered food two the stalls away from me, so i got her attention and told her about the sandwich, i as for it to be remaid. I also ask her what is wrong with the speaker, she said it had been like that sense she came in. That stall should have been closed off. Plus the double meat burger i ordered meat chease and easy mayo only, came out single patty and had ketchup on it. I ordered a rt 44 cherry vanilla dr pepper, i taste no vanilla, i got no cherry, and hardlyany ice at all. Read moreI can't say anything about the food at the moment but I will say the service is subpar for putting in an online order. My said my order was delivered and it wasn't. It was sitting waiting for the carhop. I had to get out of my vehicle and wait for any employees to even walk by the doors. Once one did I told her what my name was and she quickly grabbed my order from the table. I told her we were missing a drink. I went back in my car for approximately 5 min before I got out to see what was going on with the 3rd drink. This is also after I'm assuming an employee that wasn't dressed in uniform went in and out and came out with a drink. Then the car hop came out questioning if I was still waiting for my drink. She then immediately went back in and told them to make the drink and then proceeded to tell me they were making it.
