The Gentleman I dealt with, his name is Nicholas, was amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Made everything super simple and straight to the point!! If you need a mattress, definitely go to Matressfirm and ask for him.

Will update this review once I get my mattress, but the bed I chose and it’s quality. It’ll probably remain a 5/5 stars.

Update (04/25/25): Mattress arrived yesterday, and holy cow, I was able to finally get a good nights rest! It's a Sleepy's Spring Mattress, and I highly recommend it. Especially if you're a husky...

Positive experience from beginning to end. Knowledgeable sales person answered all my questions, didn’t rush me through process and explained various possibilities within my price range. Delivery went smoothly ... two men handled my long driveway without problem ... I took my time examining both pieces and then they placed the set without problem or damage. Went to get a new mattress...Horrible! the pressure I was put under by sales person forced me to leave. I got a great mattress that day, just not locally: unfortunately. If you like highly competitive sales people that push you into something over five thousand $ and don't let you leave without grabbing your ankles .....this is the place for you! very disappointed :( hope the experience is better for...
