Unfortunately I have to edit my review. Due to covid and my favorite nail stylist Sam passing away. (RIP) I am saddened to leave this updated review. -The quality and care of this salon has gone down the drain. -Main nail technician Christine is rude. She has no respect for the other nail technicians and acts as if she is the queen. (I donāt like self entitlement) -Health Department unfortunately needs an emergency visit to this salons. -They HEAT the acitone on a hot plate to take off the dip powder. (I did remove it and she Christine put it back, I politely told her no thank you due to the fact itās not safe, Christine gave me an attitude because I didnāt essentially do what she wanted) -I make appointments for my friends and I with multiple nail technicians and we are unable to be serviced at the same time because they continue to take walk ins even though appointments are made. -If you show or tell them youāre upset with the situation they will blame you.
I have tried to give them multiple chances in hopes they heard me as a client. I have decided to no longer go back to this establishment. I understand times are tough and people are struggling but after the last 3 visits I felt they do not care about what the clients needs and wants are.

Sam goes above and beyond anytime I send him a challenge! Iāve been going to him for 2+yrs now and has not let me down at all! Iāve attached pictures so some of the work heās done for me just in this last year! I do the dip and they last me anywhere from 3-4weeks! If one chips he fixes it...

On Tuesday March 19 I got A basic mani and pedi and they charged by card twice so I paid $80 for a mani and pedi. I drive Back on March 20 after called and talking to a guy on phone who was very nice and said sorry for doing so. Once I get To the shop the rude lady who sits at the first nail desk asked me what I needed Once I told Her what I came in for she hollered back for someone else to come help me. The guy who came up was very nice trying to help me then the said lady who didnāt want to help me when i walked in came up and starts rambling on so now I have Her barking in one ear very rudely and the nice guy trying to explain. So anyways they convince me they didnāt charge me twice even after me showing them my online bank account showing the charge twice she told me itās pending so itās not really a charge. Anyways long story short guess what cleared today. 2 charges for my nails. So now instead of driving back down there I filed A claim with my bank to get the money back and now my bank will contact there financial institute. That lady was so rude and anytime Iām in there she seems like itās a bother to be working there. Wonāt ever go back now which is a shame bc i really didnāt mind the place...

I was the only one in there and they had me waiting 3 hours, more people tried coming in for service but they just kept walking out since no progress was made. I told the guy I wanted to change my shape of my acrylic nails before we started and he tells me āno thatās going to look weirdā I was confused since any other place would do that, I then told him itās my nails and I want that shape. He then āshapedā my nails to almond and left half of them square, he was very sloppy with it. As he was doing that he filed down to my skin making me bleed multiple times after I told him it hurt. Between each step of my acrylic fill, the guy kept disappearing. When it was time to paint my nails, he tried to say I was done when I had paint all over my cuticles, it looked like my whole finger was painted you couldnāt even see the nail outline, it was bad. My gel polish has so much texture under neath it isnāt smooth at all, he barely tried. It looks like he painted it with a sponge. I spoke up about everything, horrible service and workers...
