If I could give a negative rating I would. I don't even know where to start. Walked in watched the hostess walk away and leave us standing at the door nearly 10 minutes, the music was so loud you literally couldn't hear the person sitting right next to you. Finally got sat and ordered food, had to literally scream the order to the waitress. I have a food allergy so asked 3 times if what I ordered had onions and told them it was an allergy, was told the server didn't know and would ask the kitchen. Husband ordered burger medium rare. His burger was cooked well past well- done. Server said there was none of my food allergy in my burger as she sat it down, I looked, no onions on top. Didn't think to look in the bacon jam which was pretty much NOTHING BUT onions, which I realized as soon as it hit my mouth n I tasted them n my throat instantly started itching, burning and swelling. (It was so dark in there it was hard to see them in the dark sauce) luckily switched with my husband bc the server didn't come back by till we were nearly done with our food. It wasn't till they took the card for payment did they make it right. Even after being informed they served me something they said had no onions and I ATE a bite, they were still going to charge me for it with nothing more than an "I'm sorry I asked the cook and he said there's no onions" which there were tons!!!! Manager NEVER came over, nothing. Now, I worked in the food industry for almost 20 years and every part of how that was treated is a HUGE no no!!!! We will never go back!!! Read moreI only usually review really good or bad places. Mediocre I don't usually review. We tried Loco's for the first time today. First clue, next door at Longhorns, the parking lot was full. Locos/Diablos (in the same building) hardly anyone in the parking lot at 1:15 on a Sunday. My wife got the rooster salad. As we appreciate cleaned lettuce, a salad should not have 1/4" water in the bottom of the bowl. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and tater tots. The Reuben had like 3 pieces of thin cut corned beef, out of a processed meat package, because it was perfectly square. I wasn't going to say anything about the lack of meat. Anywhere else I have ever ordered a Reuben you get like 1/2-3/4" of meat. The waitress asked me how everything was, but wasn't really wanting an honest answer. I showed her the sandwich, see pic. I asked her if that was the normal amount of meat. She replied " there are special sandwich makers in the kitchen, I don't know what the procedure is". I asked if she would be happy if she spent $12-13 for this sandwich. She didn't reply and walked away. I now understand the empty parking lot. Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews, I really do. We normally love this place. But this was an awful dining experience that made me never want to come back. I'm only writing this in hopes the owner reads it. The cooks, waitstaff, hostess, and manager all dropped the ball. Incorrect food that came out far too long after ordering. It came out cold, several minutes apart, and with missing parts. Then they added a gratuity to the bill when there were only two of us. The manager then attempted to push the blame onto us saying we should have said something when we in fact did say something twice. It's not like we showed up close to closing or during a dinner rush. It was fairly empty at 7:30 pm when we showed up. I personally don't want to pay for that kind of experience again. I wish the manager could have comped more of the bill than she did.
