We own a couple of houses in Sugarland and missed payment HOA fee on one of our houses and because we rent it out- we never got the bill at the mailing address we have provided these people at Riverstone HOA- so instead of tracking us down, the SUED us for no reason. We are in the middle of a pandemic, mail gets lost or perhaps the tenant living there never have it to us. Instead of an inquiry- we get sued.
