I don’t do many reviews and I hate that I have to leave this one after all the good comments from the Riverstone community about this place. Unfortunately, as I was commenting how good my pad Thai was to my friends, I noticed something weird on my chicken. As I looked closer I noticed there was hair, not only a strand of hair but what looked to look like a BALL of hairs. Looked like what the bottom of a broom looks like. I notified the server about it and she immediately took it to the back to notify the cooks. She came back immediately and said that I would not be paying for my meal. Which I appreciate, HOWEVER I did not like the fact that my friends had to pay for their meal when we ordered the same thing and they all had chicken. The server brought the owner to speak to us, which she apologized and we took her apology but like I told her I did not find it fair for them to pay. Her excuse being that it was cooked separately. Which I don’t understand because how could you cook four plates separately that are exactly the same yet they all came out at the same time. Again, I would understand if it was just ONE hair but this seems to be a ball of hairs. The owner mentioned that the cooks wear hair nets but the server was not wearing one and neither was she and they were both constantly walking to the back and to the front with an apron. My advice watch for hair balls!

This was our first time eating here and went based off of the great Reviews. The Reviews were definitely on point because the food here was fantastic! Our order came out just as we ordered and was very tasty with good sized portions. Even my daughter who is a very picky eater finished her plate, Chicken Fried Rice. The Owner even brought us out some complimentary Green Thai Tea which was so good. My wife and I liked it better than the normal Thai Tea. The restaurants dining area wasn't busy because we went kind of late, roughly an hour before closing. Their To-go's however were non-stop the entire time we were there. That's always a great sign👍 Also since it wasn't too busy the Owner came out and spoke with us for a good 15 minutes, very friendly lady. This is their first restaurant she told us and from the way things are going it's going to be around for a while. The spot itself was small, cozy and very clean. That along with the scratch made dishes in a good location and you have the perfect recipe for success! Would we go back? We're already planning our next visit😁

I was able to meet Kate, the owner (based in Northern Thailand), of this amazing authentic establishment. Despite her busy schedule filling the take out orders, she was kind enough to have a conversation with us. (People like myself may be thrown off by the store name) but this place truly reminds me of Thai home cooking! I personally had the green papaya salad + sticky rice and fried chicken - my family and I were blown away by the portion size, sauces, and presentation. We also had the Thai iced tea (authentic), pineapple fried rice, and pad see ew. I hope that more people frequent this establishment because this place is truly one of a kind when the food is freshly made. Looking forward to more visits 😊 Highly recommend!

Sailor is truly a culinary genius when it comes to creating the best Pad Thai you've ever tasted. Their secret recipe combines the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors, resulting in a dish that is nothing short of poggers. The tender rice noodles are expertly stir-fried with succulent shrimp, juicy chicken, and a medley of fresh vegetables, all tossed in a tantalizing blend of spices and sauces. Each bite is a symphony of textures and tastes, leaving you craving more. With every mouthful, Sailor's Pad Thai takes you on a flavor adventure that is undeniably poggers. The Thai restaurant not only excels in savory dishes but also knows how to craft the most delectable cookies that will leave you craving for more. These cookies are truly a culinary masterpiece, perfectly balancing the sweetness, texture, and flavor. From the moment you take your first bite, you are greeted with a symphony of flavors: the buttery richness, the perfect touch of sweetness, and the delightful hints of exotic spices. Whether it's the melt-in-your-mouth coconut cookies or the aromatic lemongrass-infused shortbread, each bite is a heavenly experience that transports you to a tropical paradise. The cookies are baked to perfection, with a golden-brown exterior that crumbles just right, revealing a soft and chewy center bursting with delightful surprises. These cookies are more than just a sweet treat; they are a testament to the skill and passion of the Thai restaurant's culinary team. Indulging in these heavenly creations will undoubtedly make your taste buds dance with joy, leaving you with a lasting impression of the exceptional cookie prowess found in this Thai restaurant.Prepare yourself for a flavor explosion like no other as you dive into Sailor's extraordinary pineapple fried rice. This Thai restaurant takes a classic dish to new heights, infusing it with a burst of tropical sweetness and culinary brilliance. The fragrant jasmine rice is stir-fried to perfection, tossed with succulent shrimp, tender chicken, and an abundance of fresh vegetables. But what truly sets Sailor's pineapple fried rice apart is the star ingredient - juicy chunks of ripe pineapple, adding a delightful sweetness that harmonizes with every bite. Each spoonful is a symphony of flavors, with the savory umami notes blending harmoniously with the natural sweetness of the pineapple. The vibrant colors and enticing aroma of this dish are only surpassed by its remarkable taste. It's a culinary masterpiece that captures the essence of Thai cuisine and leaves you longing for more of Sailor's amazing pineapple fried rice. The rice at this Thai restaurant was nothing short of a Fortnite gamer—absolutely amazing! With every bite, it showcased its skill and precision, making a mark on my taste buds that I won't soon forget. Just like a skilled player navigating the virtual world, the rice exhibited perfect timing and balance. Each grain was cooked to perfection, boasting a fluffy texture that was incredibly satisfying. The flavors were on point, too, just like a Fortnite gamer hitting those headshots. Whether it was the fragrant jasmine rice in a traditional Thai dish or the savory fried rice bursting with umami goodness, the rice was a culinary champion that left me impressed. It dominated the plate, elevating every other ingredient it encountered and creating a harmonious blend of flavors that was simply unbeatable. This rice was the true MVP of my dining experience—a Fortnite gamer of the culinary world, making every dish truly amazing. The Pad Thai at this Thai restaurant was a fusion of culinary delights that could only be described as a Roblox gaming Fortnite sensation. Just like an intense multiplayer battle, each ingredient in the Pad Thai brought its unique flavor and texture to the plate, resulting in a harmonious explosion of taste. The delicate rice noodles, stir-fried to perfection, were like nimble Roblox avatars traversing the virtual terrain. The succulent shrimp and tender...

The food is delicious. However, pack your patience. My 2 star rating is primarily a reflection of their customer service and not the flavor of the food which, at least for me, is delicious. We have ordered multiple times from the restaurant and if you catch them on a busy day, you will wait for at least 40 minutes to get your food. Unfortunately for us, the last two times we have PRE-ORDERED food via their website for more than one hour ahead of time, our food was still late. The first time 40 minutes, the second time (last night) 47 minutes. We happened to order dinner from grab & go tacos (also busy but had our food on time) for the kids, and while we waited for Thai food, our food was cold and 'ritas melted. The owner did apologize but his only excuse is that they were busy. I reminded him that he has phone numbers and emails and could minimally CALL people to warn them of the delays. Time is also valuable. waiting for 45 minutes for food ordered HOURS earlier is not ideal customer service. Since it's happened twice, I find myself unconvinced that the owner truly strives to make changes to address this. So, hopefully you find them on a not-so-busy night or you have a long, open window of time to wait. It's yummy, but if your time is valuable or tight, you might want to...
