Main Squeeze Juice Co. — Restaurant in Texas

I wish I could echo the other great reviews on this platform, but I cannot! I have visited this location three times and each time the customer service has been poor at best. On our first visit, the sales rep was obviously new and being trained by a manager who was unattentive and constantly on the phone using headphones. The order was mixed up and charged incorrectly, and reversing their mistake was a nightmare—too much to reiterate here! On our second visit, the manager was again on the phone and very inattentive. On the third visit, the manager waited on me and at the same time turned her back to text constantly on her cell phone. Lastly, I referred my boss to order a gift of juice from this location. She informed me today that she has called constantly for the past week and no one answers the phone! We love the juice at Main Squeeze but not the poor customer service at the Sugar Land location. Until things change, we have decided to use and recommend the Missouri City or Katy Locations. I hope you can fix this soon because I am going 7 to 10 miles and 15+ minutes out of my way to get the juice. I...

Wow mrs. Dee and staff were amazing!!! It was our 1st time coming try and we will definitely be back. We were greeted as soon as we opened the door and I loved that because many places have moved away from doing this. There was a family already ordering at the counter but another staff member came from the back and asked us if we needed help with our selections and explained everything to us! I was quite impressed. We were given a Togo menu because it easier to understand and see better… it had PICTURES and I love pictures. We ordered. Join the rewards program! Given coupons for our next visit and we waited to the side for our items! We didn’t wait long to get our items and everything was amazing! My daughter wants to get the toast for breakfast for school. I love main squeeze , The staff are very knowledgeable, patient and seems very caring. I really like how they explain what's in the bowl, sometimes they don't know that I've been there before because it's different people but they try to explain make sure that I want everything in the bowl. They don't make it feel like they're just doing their job. Anyway I've only had the portable but I've already had it like six or seven times, I am one of those people who like some thing and just get that one thing maybe I will try other things.
