She is very Inconsiderate and careless just like she looks.When I ask to speak with the owner’s she said no they Korean an don’t speak English. So I guess she thinks that gives her the right to treat people with no respect an unfairly. She calls herself the general manager and has no customer service or management skills. First she overcharged me for something that was clearly mark on 10 different items as the set price. An then she purposely kept the item that I paid for without me even noticing until I made it home. I called back an ask her did she keep my item she kept me on hold for a while. An then came back to the phone and again so carelessly she said “Yeah I kept your item you can come back an get it.” 🙄 Like why would you keep my item that I paid for an expect me to drive all the way back for it when I’m not even in that area it.
